1-Day Training Programme Delivering 5 Star Customer Service Experience

19 MATTA members attended the 5th Training Programme Delivering 5 Star Customer Service Experience for one day at MATTA Academy. The objective of the programme was to develop excellent customer service skill among MATTA members that will lead to positive customer experience and help boost the growth of the businesses. The training programme was conducted by Mr Vikneswaran, an experienced Certified HRDF Trainer.
