Dear Members,

The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents, MATTA is pleased to inform that we are organizing the MATTA FAIR at the World Trade Centre (WTC), Kuala Lumpur (formerly known as Putra World Trade Centre) on 7-8 November 2020. The halls available for this Fair will comprise of Hall 4 for Malaysia Hall (Domestic holiday packages) and Hall 3 for Travel Related Products and International holiday packages with 395 booths available.

This edition of MATTA Fair is specially organized with 2 halls available for exhibitors, that are Hall 4 and Hall 3 only and in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN). The cost of booth rental has also been reduced by 30%.

Please be informed and to take note of the following:

  1. Registration is by ONLINE ONLY.
     
  2. Registration of exhibitors for both halls on the registration day will be by the sequence of the registration number generated once online registration is completed by the company/organization.
     
  3. The MATTA HQ Secretariat Office in Kuala Lumpur will begin accepting MATTA FAIR® Registration Form submitted via online starting from Thursday, 27 August 2020, 10.00am until, Wednesday, 2 September 2020, 5.00pm. Even though exhibitors have registered, exhibit companies are reminded that booths are subject to availability of booths in the hall.
     
  4. Total payment to be paid will be advised to those successful exhibitors for balloting & selection of booths.
     
  5. Hall 4 (Malaysia Hall) is strictly for the sale & promotion of domestic tour and travel packages only. Outbound packages are not allowed to be sold, promoted, or displayed in any form or manner knowingly or unknowingly. If found, Organiser will take action towards the exhibitor involved.
     
  6. Hall 3 (Travel Related Product and International Hall) is for the sale & promotion of travel related products and international packages.
     
  7. Selection of booth’s location will be on balloting basis according to the Registration number given during the online registration. The date for selection of booth location to be held at MATTA HQ Secretariat Office, Fraser Business Park, Kuala Lumpur, on a date to be advised later.

All travel agents / tour operators MUST submit a copy of their company's valid license issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Malaysia during the registration through the period of MATTA Fair. Failure to do so will result in your registration not being accepted. The license validity must cover through the period of the Fair (7-8 November 2020).
