Kindly be informed that MATTA received an invitation, inviting Members to participate as hosted buyers at the 2019 China - ASEAN Expo Tourism Exhibition (CAEXPOTE). The 4-day exhibition will be held at the Guilin International Conference & Exhibition Center, Guangxi, China from 17 - 20 October 2019.
PRIVILEGE ENTITLEMENTS FOR THE HOSTED BUYERS
Please be informed that the registration for hosted buyers is subject to a selection process. Upon selection, hosted buyers will be entitled to the followings:

Complimentary hotel accommodation for three (3) nights

Complimentary meals
-
Participation in a B2B session
-
Complimentary two (2) days tour
Hosted buyers will need to purchase their own transportation tickets and a road subsidy of 1000 Yuan can be claimed after the exhibition ended.

This invitation is open to Outbound Tour Operators by “first come first served” basis and does not automatically mean your company will be selected as the application must be validated and approved by Host Committee. Selected members will be notified accordingly.
