The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) is concern over the introduction of an online umrah service, which may not be able to meet pilgrims and customers' expectations.
MATTA president Datuk Tan Kok Liang said although the association welcome the digitalisation of the umrah industry, the mechanism must be carefully studied to safeguard customers' interests.
