MATTA Begins Onboarding for Its Technology Platform

MATTA held its first in a series of onboarding programmes for the MATTA Tourism Industry Distribution and Booking Platform on 24 May 2019.

The objective of the platform is to serve as an online marketpplace; to streamline inventory and support various tourism-related sub-sectors for the benefit of the tourism. The platform also seeks to equip wider segments of the industry with the necessary tools to make smart and prudent business efforts by leveraging on the advancement in technology - as in shifting from bricks to bits.

The event was attended by more than 100 industry players, including MATTA members, hoteliers and travel partners in a function held at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur.
