FAM Trip to Satun, Thailand

Kindly be informed that we received an invitation from The Office of Tourism & Sport Satun Province that they will be hosting a Familiarization Trip to Satun, Thailand on 10th to 12th December 2016.

Full itinerary of this Familiarization Trip as below:

10 December 2016

0030 hrs        Depart from Wisma MATTA, KL
0800 hrs        Arrival of group from Malaysia at Wang Pra Chan Border
0830 hrs        Depart for Kuden Mansion (Satun National Museum)
0900 hrs        Learn about the museum and explore its exhibits
1000 hrs        Depart for Tan Yong Po Village
1100 hrs        Lunch at Tan Young Buri Seafood Restaurant.
1200 hrs        Depart for the Dragon Beach
1430 hrs        Visit Tummalung Village for eagle viewing
                        View Point on Tummalung Pier
1630 hrs        Check-in at the hotel
1700 hrs        Visit canalside market and walking street
1800 hrs        Enjoy roti and Thai iced tea, Satun's famous food and drink.
2000 hrs        Leisure time.

11 December 2016

0600 hrs        Breakfast at the Satun's local restaurant
0700 hrs        Depart for Pak Bara Pier
0800 hrs        Visit Koh Tarutao, Koh Khai and Koh Li Pe
1100 hrs        Lunch at Koh Adang
1200 hrs        Visit Koh Hin Ngam, Koh Rawi and Koh Li Pe
1500 hrs        Return to Pak Bara Pier
1600 hrs        Check-in at the hotel in Pak Bara
1800 hrs        Dinner and informal meeting
2000 hrs        Leisure time

12 December 2016

0630 hrs        Breakfast at the hotel
0730 hrs        Check-out of the hotel. Depart for Phu Pha Phet Cave
1100 hrs        Lunch at the Than Thong Rafting 
1200 hrs        Enjoy rafting
1400 hrs        Guest departure
2000 hrs        ETA - Wisma MATTA, KL

This Familiarization trip is meant for Outbound Tour Operators Only.

For land transportation from MATTA HQ – Wang Pra Chan Border – MATTA HQ will cost RM150.00 per person.

Kindly be reminded that registration for the FAM Trip is on a "first come first served" basis subject to a selection process. Only 1 (one) Representative from each company. Selected members will be notified in due course. This FAM trip is for 28 participants  only.
