Pleased to be informed that MATTA and Tourism Malaysia (TM) jointly organising a Roadshow to Indonesia covering the cities of Balikpapan, Jakarta and Medan on 30 July - 4 August 2023.
It’s a B2B event where we bring together Malaysian sellers of travel and tourism products and services to interact with Indonesia counterparts to establish business networking and partnerships.
This event is intended to provide a platform for our members and product owners to create a network and strategic alliance in promoting their products/services as well as to cultivate business opportunities with their counterparts in Indonesia.
As such, we would like to invite members, theme park operators and tourism product owners and hoteliers who are focusing on Indonesian market to participate in this roadshow.
Preliminary Program:
31 July (Mon): B2B Session @ Balikpapan
2 August (Wed): B2B Session @ Jakarta
3 August (Thurs): B2B Session @ Medan
*Hotel venue to be advised.
Participation Fees:
MATTA Member: RM 1,000.00
Non-MATTA Member: RM 1,500.00
The participation fee is for the 3 Sessions of B2B in Balikpapan, Jakarta and Medan.
Not included in the participation fee:
Airfare (International & Domestic), Travel insurance, Shipment and delivery of brochures and display material, and Hotel accommodation.
Each participating company is limited to register a maximum of two representatives only. The representative must be from the same company that have registered to participate, and Indonesian based representative allowed to attend the B2B Sessions however limited to one representative only.
Please note that registration will be accepted on first come first served basis and by signing the registration form, each applicant agrees to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Organising Committee.
Due to limited space and organisation requirements, we encourage you to register early.
TM / MATTA reserves the right to change the dates or venue should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
