Kindly be informed that Tourism Malaysia and MATTA will be participating in the ITB Berlin 2019 scheduled on 6 - 10 March 2019 in Berlin, Germany. ITB 2019 will be very significant as Malaysia has been named as the ITB Partner Country for 2019.
For ITB Berlin 2019, MATTA is taking an area of about 40 sqm within the Malaysia Pavilion by Tourism Malaysia. Members selected for MATTA’s area should aggressively promote and market Malaysia as a top destination to the other international buyers. MATTA is supporting and complimenting Tourism Malaysia’s objective in promoting and highlighting Malaysia as the Partner Country in ITB 2019.
We have already received very good responses from our members, as the number of members registered has already far exceeded the number of members for ITB 2018. However, we want to make ITB 2019 to be a resounding success by the presence of a big team from MATTA, including first timers to ITB 2019.
Herewith, we would like to invite MATTA members (Inbound Agents only) to participate in ITB Berlin 2019 as Co-Exhibitors.
Members selected will pay a Participation Fee of RM 5,000.00 per company (maximum two (2) representatives).
The participation fee will entitle your company to the following:-

Invitation to the Official Opening Ceremony and Cocktail Dinner,

A table & 2 exhibitor’s badges,

Pre-ITB 2019 briefing reception, company’s name labeling and usage of the facilities at Malaysia Pavilion.
Travelling and other related expenditure will be borne by the participating companies.
Please take note that registration to participate does not mean your company has been selected as all applications must be vetted by the Host Committee. Those selected will be notified as soon as possible.
