NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of MATTA NEGERI SEMBILAN CHAPTER will be held on FRIDAY, 30TH JUNE 2023, 1000 HOURS at MATTA NEGERI SEMBILAN CHAPTER SECRETARIAT OFFICE, NO. 42, JALAN BANDAR SENAWANG 4, TAIPAN 2, PUSAT BANDAR SENAWANG, 70450 SENAWANG, NEGERI SEMBILAN.
AGENDA
Kindly be informed that the MATTA Negeri Sembilan Chapter Committee, which was elected on 9th March 2023, has been cancelled due to lack of quorum to proceed with the office. Executive Council, based on legal advice, has decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting to elect the Chapter Committee of Negeri Sembilan Chapter for the term 2023-2025.
