The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents, MATTA is pleased to inform that we are organizing the MATTA Fair Sabah 9 - 10 July 2022 at the ITCC, Shopping Mall, Ground Floor, Penampang, Sabah.
MATTA Fair is a travel consumers fair where the exhibitors are MATTA members of travel agents / tour operators and hotels, airlines, attractions, theme parks and other tourism suppliers, selling directly to consumers.
This MATTA Fair Sabah July 2022 is planned, organized and prepared to be a physical/in person Fair, subject to the situation during the material time. In the event that the government does not allow it to be held or due to other reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, it will be cancelled.
Please be informed and to take note of the following registration system:
1. Registration is by ONLINE ONLY : https://forms.gle/SBaJjTPygJzWd7Cp6
2. The MATTA Sabah Chapter had begin accepting MATTA Fair Sabah Registration Form submitted via online started from Monday, 25th April 2022, 3.30pm until all booths taken up. Even though exhibitors have registered, exhibit companies are reminded that booths are NOT guaranteed but subject to availability of booths in the hall.
3. Upon a company registration, our office will issue an invoice of the total cost involved to your company for payment for your participation in the MATTA Fair Sabah.
4. The date for the assignment of booth’s location will be advised later.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or shorten the MATTA Fair Sabah in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the control of the Organiser.
6. If the Fair is cancelled, then all payments made shall be refunded. No other claims or compensation will be entertained.
7. Kindly pay special attention to the Rules & Regulation on the Downloads section.
This MATTA Fair will be conducted in accordance to the set regulations and SOPs at the material time. Exhibitors shall be provided 3 Exhibitors badges per booth, free of charge. Additional Exhibitor's badges can be purchased at RM10.00 each. Maximum Exibitors allowed per booth is 5 person.
No sale of any kind of outside food and beverages.
All Exhibitors are requested to read and understand the updated Rules & Regulations of the MATTA Fair Sabah 9-10 July 2022.
