NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 21ST NEGERI SEMBILAN CHAPTER ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Association will be held on WEDNESDAY, 9TH MARCH 2022, 1430 HOURS at MATTA NEGERI SEMBILAN CHAPTER SECRETARIAT OFFICE, NO. 42, JALAN BANDAR SENAWANG 4, TAIPAN 2, PUSAT BANDAR SENAWANG, 70450 SENAWANG, NEGERI SEMBILAN.
AGENDA
1. To consider and approve the Minutes of the 20th Chapter Annual General Meeting held on 10th March, 2021.
2. To consider and accept the Annual Report 2021.
3. To consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts and the Statement of Receipts and Payments of MATTA for the year ended 31st December 2021.
4. To consider and approve the Annual Budget for 2023.
5. To consider matters submitted by any Chapter Members or the Chapter Committee under Clause 15, item 1.6, if any.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON SOP COMPLIANCE
1. PRE-REGISTRATION OF DELEGATES
1.1 We wish to inform and advise members in facilitate the planning and preparations for this Annual General Meeting, members (official and alternate representatives only) intending to attend the meeting MUST register online for the meeting by 4.00pm, Wednesday 2 March 2022 for the necessary arrangements with the venue management.
1.2 Members must pre-register your physical attendance to the Annual General Meeting by completing the Pre-Registration form as explained above.
MEMBERS WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER UPON ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE on the day of the AGM.
1.3 Kindly be informed that subject to the availability of seats at the meeting hall, priority of the seats will be given to official representatives, while observers will be allowed in only if there are available seats in the hall.
The hall for the meeting will only be used at 50% capacity.
1.4 We would like to emphasize that a member may not be allowed to attend the Annual General Meeting if you have not pre-registered. Walk-ins are not allowed to attend the Annual General Meeting.
2. DELEGATES MUST FULLY VACCINATED
2.1. Only members that are fully vaccinated (and at low risk), and must show evidence of it through the MySejahtera app can attend the meeting, and the SOPs must be strictly followed, such as checking in / out through the app MySejahtera, wearing of face mask, physical distancing and washing of hands / hand sanitizing.
2.2. Any delegate that is positive, or in close contact, or having symptoms are NOT ALLOWED to attend the meeting.

1. MEMBER’S REPRESENTATIVE
ONLY VERIFIED MEMBER’S OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OR ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE CAN ATTEND THE AGM AS A DELEGATE.
2. REGISTRATION OF DELEGATE
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT REGISTRATION IS BASED ON THE DELEGATE’S OFFICIAL IDENTITY DOCUMENT, SUCH AS THE IDENTITY CARD (IC), (PASSPORT FOR NON-MALAYSIAN) OR CURRENT VALID MALAYSIAN DRIVING LICENSE WITH PHOTO & IDENTITY CARD NUMBER WHICH MUST BE SHOWN DURING REGISTRATION. IDENTITY DOCUMENT THROUGH ELECTRONIC OR DIGITAL FORMATS AND MOBILE PHONE IS NOT ACCEPTED.
3. REGISTRATION TIME
REGISTRATION OPENS AT 1.30PM
(MEETING STARTS AT 2.30PM IF THE REQUISITE QUORUM IS MET AT THIS TIME)
REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 2.30PM
DELEGATES ARRIVING AFTER 2.30PM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER OR PARTICIPATE IN THE AGM
4. MEETING MATERIALS
PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT ALL REPORTS FOR THE AGM ARE UPLOADED IN THE MATTA WEBSITE www.matta.org.my FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
SOP COMPLIANCE:
• As in accordance with the announcement by the Government, MATTA Negeri Sembilan Chapter Annual General Meeting will be held with the following SOPs from the Government which will be STRICTLY observed.
• Members must register their attendance through Code MySejahtera at the venue (MATTA Negeri Sembilan Chapter Secretariat Office) as required by the Government.
• Members must always maintain Good Hygiene by using the hand sanitizer and face mask must be worn at all times.
• Members must practise “Physical Distancing” at all times.
• Registered Members are allowed to enter the AGM Hall to attend the AGM wherever seats are available.
• Members are advised to adhere strictly to SOPs by the Government.
