Kindly be informed that we received an invitation from Bukit Gambang Resort City (BGRC) that they will be hosting a 2 Days / 1 Night Familiarization tour to their Resort at Gambang, Pahang.
The objectives of the FAM trip are :-

To showcase what BGRC have to offer to your clients – Hotels, Theme Parks & Meeting Facilities

To target Inbound and MICE operators for the Domestic as well as the Foreign Markets
Itinerary
Day 1 ( 15 Dec Thur )
0900hrs – 0915hrs : Depart Wisma MATTA,
1200hrs – 1230hrs : ETA BGRC
1230hrs – 1400hrs : Lunch at Arabian Coffee House
1400hrs – 1500hrs : Check in ( subject to room availability )
1500hrs – 1800hrs : Site inspection of BGRC
1830hrs – 2100hrs : Buffet Dinner at Simba Hill
Overnight at BGRC
Day 2 ( 16 Dec Fri )
0730hrs – 0930hrs : Buffet Breakfast at Arabian Coffee House
0930hrs – 1100hrs : Presentation by BGRC / Q&A session at Meeting Hall
1100hrs – 1200hrs : Free & Easy
1200hrs – 1230hrs : Check out and depart for Wisma MATTA
1530hrs – 1600hrs : ETA Wisma MATTA
This Familiarization trip is meant for Inbound Tour Operators Only.
Only one representative from one company is allowed to participate in this FAM Trip. Please send your suitable staff for this FAM trip.
The closing date for the second trip on 15 - 16 Dec 2016 is 09 Dec 2016.
The maximum number of participants per group BGRC will host is only 35 per person a first come first served basis.

MATTA will arrange a return Coach transfer to BGRC at a nominal fee MYR 50.00 per person.
