KUALA LUMPUR, 18 APRIL 2025 – The Malaysian Association of Tour & Travel Agents (MATTA) proudly presents its 56th edition of the National MATTA Fair, set to take place from 18-20 April 2025 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) Kuala Lumpur. Visitors can immerse themselves in an exciting lineup of tour and travel deals, vacation packages and engaging activities throughout the 3-day Fair.
Encompassing over 37,000 square meters throughout eight halls, the MATTA Fair is set to feature over 1755 booths from 327 participating member organisations. This includes 204 tour and travel agencies, 10 National Tourism Offices, 11 State Tourism Offices, 58 participating Hotels & Resorts, 11 theme parks, 3 airlines, and 31 other travel related services. This wide selection of exhibitors gives visitors a chance to sift through their options for great deals at the Fair!

As MATTA ventures into sports tourism, the Fair will feature an interactive Pickleball Court located at located in Level 1 of Hall 4. The event coincides with the promotion of Malaysia's first-ever international pickleball competition, the MATTA Malaysia Pickleball Grand Slam 2025, which is expected to attract international athletes and position Malaysia as the top sports tourism destination.
In line with our commitment to strengthening travel businesses for our members, MATTA is excited to announce its inaugural international travel Business to Business (B2B) event, MATTA Connect happening on 17 April 2025 at MITEC, a day before the big MATTA Fair. This event provides an opportunity for international sellers from many different countries to connect with local Malaysian travel agents as buyers to explore new international destinations and to establish new business partnerships.
To ensure a smooth visitor experience, MATTA Fair offers free admission and is open from 10 am to 9 pm from Friday to Sunday. Visitors are encouraged to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle services from KL Sentral and Sunway Putra Mall to MITEC. For those driving, parking facilities are available at the South Entrance Basement in MITEC, MITI Basement, and MATRADE Open parking.
