The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) organised a MATTA Umrah Workshop, formerly known as Klinik Umrah MATTA in collaboration with MATTA Selangor Chapter on 9 January 2020.
Attended by 40 participants, the objective of the event was to provide information and updates regarding basic operation of Umrah management, Umrah licensing and legislation for MATTA members in order to stay competitive in the business.
The workshop was officiated by MATTA Deputy President, Tuan Haji Mohd Akil Mohd Yusoff where he encouraged MATTA members to step up by being proactive and innovative in business practices as well as creating more innovative domestic tourism packages to respond to the changing travel trends and preferences.
